About Us

The goal of the Strasburg Athletic Booster Club is to increase involvement, by family members of our student athletes, alumni and the community.  Participation as a fan, fundraiser, or Booster Club member increases the success of Strasburg’s Athletic Department and provides valuable life lessons for our children learning the importance of community involvement.

For the fans of Strasburg it is important to know, there is no fee to belong to the booster club; Active membership involves attendance to our meetings held at 8:00 p.m. on second Monday of every month at the High School.

The Booster Club works with Strasburg school administration, athletic department, and coaches raising funds to provide additional equipment in all sports.  A brief list if items that the Booster Club has purchased over the past couple of years: golf Team bags, football equipment, football stadium jackets, volleyball uniforms, cheerleading uniforms, boys and girls basketball uniforms and warm up suits, sponsored athletes at the District 5 basketball All-Star game, baseball and softball equipment and uniforms, dugout covers for the baseball and softball fields, storage sheds for the baseball and softball teams, shot and discuss pit for track and in 2005, we began providing a scholarship annually for (1) senior male and senior female student athlete.

In 2003, working in conjunction with the Touchdown Club, we completed a football stadium project which consisted of building a cement wall around the visitor’s bleachers and a paved walkway to the visitor’s side with a ramped walkway to the bleachers.

Your ideas are critical as we continue to strive to provide our student athletes with the best high school experience.  Please contact any Booster Club member to volunteer.
